  • The service provided does not meet the agreed specifications or deliverables outlined in the service agreement. 
  • We failed to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe, and the delay significantly impacts on your business operations. 
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the service. Include the following information in your request: 

  • Your name and contact details 
  • Description of the service in question 
  • Reason for the refund request 

Our support team will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. 

  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable: 

  • Subscription-based services or fees paid for ongoing support. 
  • Custom app development projects that have already entered the implementation phase. 
  • Any services or products purchased through third-party vendors. 
  1. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on the progress of the project or service rendered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
